Hello, I'm Ella, a passionate osteopath with a strong dedication to patient care. I graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly BSO). During my first year, I was honoured to receive recognition for my outstanding performance, presented by HRH Princess Anne at the graduation ceremony.
Before pursuing osteopathy, I had extensive experience as a massage therapist, and I hold a diploma in sports and remedial massage from LSSM. My background includes working with sporting injuries 'pitch side' and providing personalised clinical massage in luxury spas and wellness companies.
My expertise lies in assisting patients dealing with various pain issues, particularly focusing on head, face, and neck pain, as well as chronic back, hip, and pelvic conditions. Each patient I treat receives individualised care, with tailored treatment pathways and valuable advice.
In my leisure time, you'll often find me immersed in a captivating fiction read or exploring new places on refreshing walks, especially in the countryside. I place great importance on continuous learning and regularly attend CPD educational events to further enhance my skills.
In 2019 Ella was part of the therapy team providing rehab and treatment for cyclists completing the London-Surrey 100, in aid of pancreatic cancer UK.
In 2018 Ella studied Kinesiology taping with Dr Michael Lee. Here she qualified as a specialist in the application of K-tape.
In 2018 Ella was awarded Best Overall Performance during her undergraduate degree at UCO. She was invited to collect her award at the graduation ceromancy, presented by HRH Princess Anne.
In 2022 Ella graduated with a Masters degree in Osteopathy. She spent 5 years studying at the UCO, her final two years were spent working within the UCO clinic.
Working hours:
Ella works in Crowborough at Rehab Osteo on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.
She also works at in Kensington at Sprint, on Wednesdays & Fridays.
